Most of the rooms and studios are designed by the owner himself. hand carved stones and marble are to be found everywhere outside as well as inside. Fine detail work and calm light in the apartments and studios make the best out of it. The same style is to be found in the Tavern Evinos which is located right at the entrance of Elvamar. All verandas and terraces are cozy and inviting for a relaxed afternoon when Votsalakia gets too hot to walk the streets or stay on the beach. Siesta time, Sitting on your balcony, enjoying a glass of wine or an Ouzo, playing cards or reading the book you always wanted to read.

You don't even have to bring too many books, there is a book exchange just across the road at the Kalivi Beach Cafe. you can leave a book there and get another one of a many of books you can find on the shelf there. The bounus being Free of charge.
All apartments and studios are equipped with sealing fan's so you can have a nap in the afternoon in comfort.
The gardens around the studios is taken care of every day so it stays green and colorful even in the dry period on Samos. the rain stops around end of april and the next rain is expected in October or even November. We seldom have water shortage but that doesn't mean that we can let the water run all day. Economical use of water is always required on an island where the weather is like that. As you can see, the bathrooms are of a high spec, not the typical greek style :-)
